MOBILIFT OPERATORS X 2 REF: IVP-FIN-12
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
• Grade 12.
• Certified competent as a Mobilift Operator and or Forklift driver.
• Valid EB Driver’s License.
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
• At least 1 years’ experience as a forklift or mobilift driver within mining and construction environment.

SECTIONAL VENTILATION ENGINEER X 1 (REF: IVP-VEN-02)
Applicants must be in possession of the following:
• Chamber of Mines (CoM) Certificate in Mine Environmental Control (MEC).
• Membership in the Mine Ventilation Society.
Advantageous Qualifications:
• Degree in Mining or Engineering.
• Completion of specialized technical programs (e.g., Ventsim).
• Registration with SAIOH as an Occupational Hygienist.
Work Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in mine ventilation.
Responsibilities Include:
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements specified in the legal appointment and adherence to Ivanplats standards, procedures, and policies.
• Achieving legal compliance in ventilation and occupational hygiene.
• Designing, implementing, and managing effective ventilation and occupational hygiene strategies and systems.
• Reporting on ventilation and occupational hygiene findings and trends.
• Active participation in projects and effective project management.
• Managing budgets and cost containment.
• Efficient management of resources and assets, including asset management.
• Overseeing risk assessment and auditing processes.
• Planning for medium-term ventilation and occupational hygiene (at least 5 years).

Advantageous Qualifications:
• Degree in Mining or Engineering.

Work Experience:

Responsibilities Include:

• Designing, implementing, and managing effective ventilation and occupational hygiene strategies and systems.

Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
• Grade 12.
• Minimum of 3 years job experience as a Plant Operator is essential.
• Valid South African Driving License.
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
• Min 5 years’ experience in a PGM production plant.
• Proven plant operation experience in PGM plant crushing, grinding, flotation and filtration.
• Valid medical certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
• Owner team commissioning of the concentrator.
• Do proper shift hand over on all required information to the next shift.
• Meet operational targets for the shift.
• Maintain a reliable reporting and communication system that is in place.
