Reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, the Divisional Manager - Credit Risk will manage the provision of effective identification, monitoring, measurement, and reporting of the credit risk programme. 
 
The Divisional Manager - Credit Risk will:

The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
• Matric and Honours Degree in Commerce. 
• Post graduate qualification in credit management or CFA will be advantageous. 
 
Experience:
• 5-7 years’ management experience in credit risk management and assessment within the financial services/development finance corporation. 
• Must have worked as a Credit Manager or Senior Credit Manager in Commercial Property Finance, Structured Finance, SMME Lending, Agriculture, Franchise, Procurement and Project Finance environment. 
• Credit portfolio management experience would be advantageous. 
• Membership of the Institute of Bankers in SA preferred 
• Membership of Risk Management South Africa preferred.

Reporting to the Group Chief Risk Officer, the Divisional Manager – Legal Services will manage IDFC’s legal services by providing sound legal advice, legal securities and recoveries and litigation services. 
 
The Divisional Manager - Legal Services will: 
• Provide input into the development of the Division’s operational strategic plan and implementation. 
• Participate and advise on policy development and implementation. 
• Review and update policies and procedures within agreed timeframe to ensure that objectives are standardised to mitigate potential risks. 
• Review the Division’s performance and make recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager: Supply Chain Management, the Demand Manager will manage the provision of SCM demand services to support and capacitate the department in implementing and effectively managing supply chain management, which in turn will contribute to the department’s strategic direction towards targeted procurement, good governance, and enhanced delivery. 
 
The Demand Manager will: 
• Provide input into the development of the Division’s operational strategic plan and implementation.

• Implement internal controls, governance, and risk management of all business processes within the Section.

• Implement controls over spending and procurement to ensure adherence to budget.

The following minimum requirements should be met in order to be considered: 
Qualifications:
• 3-year degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration. 
• Post graduate qualification in finance would be advantageous. 
 
Experience:
• 5 years’ management experience in Public Sector Finance and Demand Management level. 
• Knowledge and understanding of procurement procedures, strategic management and public sector legislation and reporting. 
 
Requisite Functional Competencies: 
• Computer Literacy (Ms office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
• Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting. 
• Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act and corporate governance principals. 
• Knowledge, understanding and ability to apply legislation related to procurement.
