An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic individual with the right qualifications and experience to assume the position of a Junior Business Analyst 
 
 
In this position, the ideal candidates will be required to: 
 Manage internal and external service Relations 
 Manage departmental information technology business systems and strategic plans
 Planning and managing workload and requests 
 Identify and implement business process re-engineering opportunities 
 Develop business specifications 
 Develop functional specifications 
 Coordinate user acceptance testing 
 Set up new products and associated parameters 
 Assist with the development of roll out plan 
 
 
The following minimum requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position: 
 A minimum of three (3) year National Diploma in Information technology 
 At least 3 years’ experience in an operational business environment 
 Experience in working with data bases analysis, business process and financial systems 
 Knowledge of SLA management 
 Knowledge of accounts and transaction processing methods 
 Knowledge of corporate and departmental strategic / Business plans, key controls and procedures 
 Good communication, interpersonal, negotiating and training skills 
 Problem solving skills 
 Project Management skills 
 Administration and organising skills
