ECS/ECNS COMPLIANCE OFFICER
JOB LEVEL : C3
SALARY: Total Annual Package (CTC) – R477,376 per annum
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office - 350 Witch-Hazel Avenue, Eco Point Office Park, Centurion
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
Assessment of ECS/ECNS Licence holders for Compliance with the applicable statutes, regulations and licence conditions to ensure adherence to the legal and regulatory framework.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will be responsible for: ● Analysis of annual compliance information submitted by licensees for the determination of adherence to compliance requirements ● Analysis of Adhoc compliance information for processing of Notifications, Extensions and Confidentiality requests ● Reviewing of regulations / regulatory process and recommendations on legal opinions for action ● Assisting and contributing to Council Committee projects with development of required documentation in the form of regulations, explanatory memoranda, reasons documents and findings documents including research ● Advising licensees on regulatory requirements to provide clarity on what is required for compliance purposes.
Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (NQF L7) ● 3 – 5 years professional experience in Finance and or Accounting
