PURPOSE : To develop, implement and maintain effective and efficient administration of resources (financial, human and assets), systems and processes in order to enable operations to achieve corporate objectives.
 
REPORTING : REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER
 
REQUIREMENTS: Formal Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management. Working Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Finance and Corporate Services, of which 3 years’ experience were in Financial Management. Competencies: Extensive knowledge and understanding of PFMA, GAAP and GRAP, Finance, Facilities management, understanding of HR Value –chain, understanding of risk management principles, understanding of Supply chain management principles, understanding of audit value-chain, understanding of project management principles, people management and strategic management. Skills: Management of a diverse team, communication skills, computer literacy, Advanced computer skills, Information systems and document management skills, Decision making skills, problem solving skills, monitoring and evaluation skills, Report writing skills, client orientation and customer focus, leadership skills and negotiation skills.
 
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Human Resources Management, Operation Administration and System Management; Governance, Risk and Compliance; Financial Management and Accounting; Supply Chain Management and Sub-Unit Leadership and management.

PURPOSE : To plan and manage implementation of multi-sectoral social Infrastructure projects within the region.
 
REPORTING: PROGRAMME MANAGER: SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE
 
REQUIREMENTSFormal Qualification: Minimum of a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in the Built Environment i.e. Building Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering and Construction Management. A formal qualification in Project Management. Registration with South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as PrCM / PrCMP will be an added advantage. Candidate to be legible to be professionally registered within 12 Months after appointment. An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent. Work Experience: A minimum of 4 years’ project / programme management experience preferably in the built environment. Competencies: Project management, Development facilitation, Working knowledge of PFMA, Treasury SCM regulation, CIDB regulation, Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and Quality assurance, Social infrastructure (e.g. Education, Health, Justice, Economic, Environment, Energy) knowledge, Social infrastructure development norms and standards, Social infrastructure development approaches, methodologies and tools. Skills:Intermediate computer skills and proficiency, Analytical and interpretation skills, Meticulous, Problem solving, Effective communication, Interpersonal, Decision making, Proposal and report writing, Presentation and Negotiation.

Registration with the South African Council for Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) as a professional Construction Manager (PrCM) and or Professional Construction Project Manager (PrCPM), or any other Professional registration within the built environment will also be considered (i.e. PrEng, PrArch, PrQS etc.).
