PURPOSE : Plan and manage the implementation of development programmes according to time, scope and cost parameters.
REPORTING : PROGRAMME MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS : Formal Qualification: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social sciences / Management sciences. An unendorsed Code EB (Code 08) drivers licence or equivalent. Formal training in Project Management is a must. Work Experience: At least 5 years’ project / programme management experience in a development environment. Competencies: Programme Management, Project Management, Quality Management, People Management, Budget Management and Cost Control, Organisational Objectives, Monitoring and Evaluation Methods, Programme Management Systems, Financial Management, Social and Economic Development. Skills: Conceptual Ability, Planning, Mentoring & Coaching, Project Technical Expertise, Relationship Management, Decision-making, Interpersonal, Facilitation and Computer, Co-ordination.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Define programme scope, Plan and design programmes, Establish budget, Manage relations with clients and provide project leadership, Ensure the successful implementation and management of projects / programmes.

REPORTING : HEAD: INTERNAL AUDIT
REQUIREMENTS: Formal Qualification: Bachelor’s degree of Internal Auditing Financial Information Systems. Internal Audit Technician (IAT), Professional Internal Auditor (PIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), CIA will be an added advantage. Registration with the IIA SA. Working Experience: A minimum of 7 years internal audit experience of which 3 must have been at a supervisor / management level .Competencies: IIA standard, COSO Framework, Risk Management, Information Technology (including CAATs, Data Analytics), Project status tracking, Business management principles, Administrative management, Information management, PFMA, Treasury regulations and other relevant legislation, framework and protocols, Corporate governance, Performance Audits, Projects Audits.
