SALARY: Total Annual Package (CTC) – R772,135.00 - R908,394.00
LOCATION: ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS: Permanent
 
Purpose of the job                                                                                                               
The Integration Analyst within the IT Division will be assisting in providing continuous primary technical support on the ICASA Business systems as well as supporting the middleware integration platform. The incumbent will be liaising with both internal divisions and external service providers to make sure that the integration between systems is successfully implemented.
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Management Information Systems and their responsibilities will include: ● Advising and designing solutions to business application integration requirements. ● Debugging the Business Applications and Integration platform for errors and provide feedback on possible solutions. ● Testing the Business Applications Integration functionality. ● Rolling out the integration functionality to the applicable business unit/s locally and regionally. ● Development of new in-house applications or customisation of existing applications. ● Reviewing Data/Systems Integration Functional and Technical Design documentation through version control. ● Ensuring that the data architecture is updated as systems are integrated. ● Training users.
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● 3-year Degree (NQF Level 7), preferably in Information Technology ● Middleware certification would be an added advantage ● A minimum 4 of years’ experience as a developer / programmer ● A minimum of 2 years’ experience using a middleware platform ● Minimum 3 years’ experience using Microsoft SQL as a backend database ● Experience on Oracle 12c or later will be an added advantage ● Experience on Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage ● Experience on Microsoft Power apps and Power platform will be an added advantage.

​DIVISIONAL ASSISTANT: LEGAL, RISK AND CCC

SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R278,060.00 - R327,129.00
LOCATION: ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS: Permanent
 
Purpose of the job                                                                                                               
To provide professional and administrative support to the Legal, Risk and CCC Division by ensuring that all secretarial and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Litigation, Contracts and General Legal Support and their responsibilities will include: ● Processing of invoices and submitting to the Finance Division ● Budget verifications and invoice management ● Coordinating meetings (scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging refreshments) ● Requesting and ordering of stock requirements ● Organising and maintaining an effective filing system ● Filing and distributing correspondence and other records ● Liaising with stakeholders internally and externally in relation to invoices and correspondence received ● Coordinating travel requests ● Organising functions and meetings ● Secretarial support.  
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● Relevant Higher Certificate in Administration or Paralegal (NQF Level 5) ● Minimum of 4 years relevant administrative and or proven secretarial experience ● Experience in using online calendars and web conferencing (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) ● Experience in using Microsoft Excel.
