CLIENT LICENSING SPECTRUM OFFICER 
JOB LEVEL : C2 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R423,808.00 - R529,761.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
To provide stakeholder liaison support to the Spectrum Licensing Department. 
Liaisons with spectrum applicants/licensees/stakeholders on regulatory matters and financial compliance. Further, the Client Licensing Spectrum Officer maintains the integrity of the Spectrum Licensing Database and provides secretariat support to the spectrum licensing projects/committees. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Spectrum Licensing and the responsibilities include: ● Liaison with spectrum applicants/licensees/stakeholders ● Regulatory and financial compliance of the applicants/licensees ● Maintenance of the Spectrum Licensing Database ● Provide secretariat support to the spectrum licensing projects/committees. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● National Diploma/ 3 Years NQF level 6 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. ● 2-3 years’ experience in telecommunications/radio communications (mobile/fixed, microwave, satellites, two-way radio etc) ● Computer Literacy.

INTEGRATION ANALYST
JOB LEVEL : D1 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R728,429.00 - R856,975.00

POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
The Integration Analyst within the IT Division will be assisting in providing continuous primary technical support on the ICASA Business systems as well as supporting the Microsoft BizTalk Middleware Platform. The incumbent will be liaising with both internal divisions and external service providers to make sure that the integration between systems is successfully implemented. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Management Information Systems and the responsibilities include: ● Advise and design solutions to business application integration requirements ● Provide technical support ● Perform testing of integration code and functionality ● Develop applications ● Develop integration documentation ● Train users. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● 3-year Degree (NQF L7) in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent qualification ● Microsoft BizTalk Middleware certification would be an added advantage ● A Minimum 5 of years’ experience development experience using Microsoft BizTalk as a Middleware platform ● Minimum 5 years’ experience using Microsoft SQL as a backend database ● Minimum 5 years’ experience developing Microsoft SSIS packages as part of a data warehouse ● Minimum 5 years as an Applications developer using ASP, .NET and C# ● Experience on Oracle 11g or later will be an added advantage ● Experience on Microsoft Power BI will be an added advantage ● Experience on Microsoft Power apps and Power platform will be an added advantage ● Experience on Microsoft Power BI or later will be an added advantage.

INVENTORY CONTROLLER
JOB LEVEL : B3 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R230,105.00 - R270,712.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
 
Purpose of the job 
To effectively administer inventory for ICASA. This administration involves ordering, receiving, and issuing inventory such that optimum inventory levels are always maintained. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Supervisor: Procurement and the responsibilities include: ● Update the inventory database frequently ● Keep a record of all inventory levels and all inventory dispatched from the storeroom ● Replenish stock ● Issue stock according to requisitions and ensure that stock is collected as per request ● Liaise with departments and ascertain their requirements. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● A Higher Certificate in Logistics or Finance ● 3 (Three) year National Diploma in Logistics or Finance (NQF L6) as an added advantage ● 1 - 2 years’ experience in inventory management, including: Stocktake; Purchasing; Receipting; Issuing; Month End and Year End stock reconciliations ● 1 - 2 years of work experience.
