TALENT SOURCING OFFICER
JOB LEVEL : C3
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R433,152.00 - R509,591.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To perform and manage talent sourcing and its advisory services, focusing on the identification, assessment and engagement of skilled worker candidates through initiative taking recruitment techniques, ensuring the clients’ workforce requirements are supplied with the best available human talent in an efficient, effective and structured manner.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Talent Sourcing and their responsibilities will include: ● Compilation of adverts ensuring the correctness thereof ● Placement of adverts on applicable media ● Provide an effective recruitment advisory service to HRBPs ● Selection process, inclusive of shortlisting, interviews, competency assessment and credential verification ● Submission for nomination in terms of preferred candidate and appointment and regret letters finalisation ● Keep up to date with applicable prescripts, policies and procedures as well as new developments ● Relationship Management.
Qualifications and Experience ● Relevant Diploma/Advanced Certificate NQF Level 6 ● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology (NQF L7) an added advantage ● 3-5 years of Talent Sourcing experience ● Knowledge and understanding of Talent Sourcing processes.
Key Competencies and Attributes ● Solid analytical skills ● Results driven ● Diligence ● Able to work and make decisions under pressure ● People Skills ● Excellent Communicator (written and verbal/presentation skills) ● Client Focus ● Resilience and influential ● Ability to work independently ● Solid experience in Talent and retention strategies ● Solid experience in workforce or human capital planning.
