JOB TITLE SUPERVISOR: BIDS AND CONTRACTS 
JOB LEVEL : C4 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R545,990.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent

Purpose of the job 
To ensure an effective administration of the Bid and Contracts units to enable service delivery to the clients and to support the achievement of organizational strategic goals through external stakeholders (service providers) as well as to enhance organizational performance by rendering efficient support to all business units in ICASA; further managing contracts with suppliers and maintaining relationships with them. 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Manager: Supply Chain Management, and responsibilities will include: Bid Administration ● Contract Management ● Internal Control/Risk Management ● Facilitate Improvements in Financial Management ● Administration of Bids ● Human Resources Management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● A bachelor of commerce degree in Accounting/Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 7) ● 3 – 5 years professional experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management ● 3 years supervisory experience ● 4 – 6 year’s work experience ● Diversity management experience ● Experience in practicing a supply chain management system that is fair, equitable, transparent, competitive and cost effective ● Experience with the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 (Act No. 5 of 2000), the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003) and any other SCM related legislation as issued by National Treasury.
