JOB TITLE : RISK SPECIALIST
JOB LEVEL : D1
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R646,471.00 - R808,089.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Two year fixed-term contract
Purpose of the job
To co-ordinate and manage the implementation of an Enterprise-Wide Risk Management strategy and managing all risk related policies and strategies. This position will also manage and monitor the implementation of risk anti-corruption services.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Risk and Compliance, and responsibilities will include: • Management of Risk Management framework and related policies • Management of risk management plan • Management of ICASA Risk Registers • Management of ICASA Fraud and Ethic line • Management of ICASA fraud related investigation • Management of ICASA’s ethical behaviour • Management of ICASA Risk System • Management of ICASA risk Champions • Conduct research, training, workshops or presentations on topical matters • Building relationship with other departments
Qualifications and Experience ● 3 or 4 year degree in Auditing/Risk Management/Finance/Business Management ● Five years’ experience in Risk Management environment ● A minimum of 3 years in a middle management experience in Compliance Management ● Registration with the relevant professional body/ institution will be advantageous ● Experience in corporate governance will be an added advantage ● Business sector experience
