JOB TITLE : Personal Assistant to Chairperson
JOB LEVEL : C3
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R396,659.00 - R536,657.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
To provide administrative support to the Chairperson’s Office. This role undertakes high quality administrative functions to make sure that the office management, operations and the business in the Chairperson’s Office are executed effectively and efficiently. The Personal Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Chairperson.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Secretary and Chairperson and their responsibilities will include: ● Secretarial Support ● Diary Management ● Organising of functions and meetings ● Office management ● Administrative/Office Support ● Operational Planning.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Relevant 3 years National Diploma in Office Management from an accredited educational institution.) ● A minimum of 5 years relevant administrative and/or proven secretarial Experience, with three years’ operating at an Executive/board level environment. ● Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information ● Solid Experience with office management systems at an advanced level (e.g. Enterprise Resource Processes and MS Office) ● Ability to present and analyse data ● Experience in using online Calendars and web conferencing (Skype, Teams, Zoom etc.).
