ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R693,742.00 - R816,167.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office - Eco Park, Centurion))
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
Establish organisational development initiatives and interventions that create an effective organisational culture that recognises and values both individual and team contributions to organisational effectiveness and positions ICASA as a high-performing organisation.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Talent and Performance Management and their responsibilities will include: ● HR Strategy Implementation - Design, implement and maintain effective organisational development and change initiatives that enable HR to meet the strategic objectives of ICASA ● Organisational development and change enablement - Actively promote the assimilation of organisational effectiveness and change management competencies in the various divisions through education, partnership and consultation ● Shaping of an Organisational Culture - Develop and implement culture shaping and values alignment tools to better understand the current culture within ICASA ● Organisational Design - Manage projects that facilitate and accelerate realignment of roles, structures, processes and leadership as the organisation’s goals and objectives change over time ● Job Evaluation - Ensure consistent job evaluation of all positions within ICASA ● Performance Management - Implement a performance management process that operationalizes the ICASA strategy to promote individual, team, divisional and overall organisational effectiveness.● Team Development ● Exit Management - Analyse and produce quarterly exit interview reports, for presentation to Senior Management.
Qualifications and Experience ● Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources (NQF Level 7) ● Honours in Industrial Psychology or Human Resources (NQF L8) an added advantage ● A minimum of 6 years experience in the field of OD, change management, performance management and OD strategy development and implementation.
Key Competencies and Attributes ● Results driven ● Attention to detail ● Client Focus ● Interpersonal Skills ● Excellent Communicator (written and verbal/ presentation skills) ● Resilience, impact and influential ● Solid experience in organisational design, leading and managing change ● Solid experience in the workforce or human capital planning.
