SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R747,406,00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
Establish organisational development initiatives and interventions that create an influential organisational culture that recognises and values both individual and team contributions to organisational effectiveness and positions ICASA as a high performing organisation.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Talent and Performance Management. Their responsibilities will include ● OD Strategy Implementation ● Organisational development and change enablement ● Shaping of an Organisational Culture ● Organisational Design ● Performance Management ● Team Development ● Exit Management.
Qualifications and Experience ● Honours / four-year degree in Human Resource Management/Organisational and Industrial Psychology (NQF L8) ● Professional Affiliation with SABPP or HPCSA will be advantageous ● 4 – 7 professional OD experience ● 6 – 8 years working experience ● A minimum of 5 years' consulting experience, specifically in OD, change management, and OD strategy development and implementation.
