SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R754,445.00-R887,582.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Permanent
Purpose of the job
The Manager: Administration position is vital in ensuring that ICASA has a presence in all nine (9) Provinces, as well as ensuring that all buildings occupied by ICASA are well maintained. The position is also responsible for overseeing a number of other administrative and support services such as fleet management, reception, switchboard, transport services etc.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Facilities Management and the responsibilities include: ● Contracts & Lease Agreements Management ● Fleet Management and Transport Services ● Property and Building Management ● Office Space Planning & Relocations ● Procurement and Disposal of Assets ● Provision of Refreshment Services, Switchboard and Reception Services ● Office Automation and Support Services ● Budget, Expenditure and Reporting ● Policies, Processes and Procedures ● Personnel and Performance Management ● Risk Management ● Provision of facilities services to all Head Office and eight (8) ICASA Regional offices ● Provision of fleet management services at Head Office and eight (8) ICASA Regional offices ● Provision of COVID-19 PPE and related services at Head Office and eight (8) ICASA Regional offices.
Qualifications and Experience: ● Three-year degree in Finance/Business Management/ Facilities Management or equivalent NQF Level 7 Qualification ● 4 years relevant working experience ● 3 Years Management or 4 Years Specialist Experience.
Key Competencies and Attributes: ● Results driven ● Attention to detail ● Able to work and make decisions under pressure ● Interpersonal Skills ● Excellent Communicator (written and verbal/ presentation skills) ● Resilience and influential ● Strong organisational skills ● Good negotiation skills ● Good customer services ● Analyse problems and develop practical solutions ● Proper records retention ● Good delegation skills ● Knowledge of principles, practices, laws and regulations governing property management ● Read, analyse and interpret property maps and sketches ● Knowledge of PFMA, National Treasury & Assets Management guidelines.
