JOB TITLE : COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
JOB LEVEL : D1
SALARY RANGE : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R646,471.00 - R808,089.00
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office- Eco Park, Centurion)
POSITION STATUS : Two year fixed-term contract
Purpose of the job
To manage ICASA’s compliance with applicable legislation, policies and procedures, standards and codes of good practice. To manage the assessment of the risks and potential costs of non-compliance and make recommendations for corrective actions deemed necessary.
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Risk and Compliance, and responsibilities will include:● Management of compliance Management framework and related policies ● Management of compliance management plan ● Management of Compliance monitoring ● Management of compliance universe ● Management of Compliance Culture ● Management of ICASA Compliance System ● Management of Compliance Officer/s for ICASA ● Building relationship with other departments.
Qualifications and Experience ● 3 or 4 year degree in Auditing/Risk Management/Finance/Business Management/Law ● Five years’ experience in Compliance Management environment ● A minimum of 3 years in a middle management experience in Compliance Management ● Registration with the relevant professional body/ institution will be advantageous ● Experience in corporate governance will be an added advantage ● Business sector experience - preferably in a parastatal organisation.
