CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Paterson grade C3
Remuneration package: R565 970 per annum (Cost to Council)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 and B degree/ Advanced Diploma in Customer Relationship Management OR Public Relations Management OR Communication Science OR Marketing Management.
3 years’ experience in customer relationship management.
1 years’ experience in coordinating research.
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Communication (writing, verbal and listening) skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Understanding of relevant legislations.
Good customer service skills.
General knowledge of broader environment (political, economic, and social, etc).
Understanding of the key roles of corporate organisation.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY AND KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Coordinate all Inter – Departmental meetings to manage issues that may affect service delivery and issues emanating from service delivery.
Provide reports to an agreed schedule (or on request), detailing number of service delivery complaints/ compliments and handling timeframes.
Conduct research, including the Client Satisfaction Survey, Roadshows and Symposia Satisfaction Surveys for the entire organisation.
Ensure Service Delivery Charters are up to date, implemented and monitored meeting the needs of both business and expectations from clients.
Coordinate the sourcing and management of research service providers.
Ensure external communication updates throughout the escalation process.
Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect customer service delivery.
Assist in the coordination of conducting external customer satisfaction surveys.
Ensure survey findings are directed to the right departments/ divisions to positively impact business of HPCSA in terms of service delivery.
Manage, respond and finalise enquiries received on the Service Delivery mailbox.
Reduce number of complaints by implementing best practices.
Assist with the Reception area and any other duties that may be assigned.
