The successful candidate will develop and monitor the implementation of operational plans for the SDP Learning Programmes sub- division (discretionary grants) to achieve the targets and performance requirements set out in the SP, APP, SLA and SSSP and to provide support to and capacitate provincial personnel.
 
Educational requirements: Matric / Grade 12; 3 Years Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Project Management or Business Administration.  
 
A code 08 Driver's Licence and own vehicle
Required work experience: 6 - 8 years in a project management environment. 4-6  years management experience with a national /regional footprint; Broad understanding of the SETA environment; Experience in working and data manipulation in large databases and applicable IT Software

​Salary range:  R1 207 723 - R1 579 050 per annum
