The WSP Officer will support the WSP initiatives of the HWSETA by capacitating provincial personnel, advocating WSP/ATR submissions and performing evaluations, recommendations and first line approval of WSP/ATR. 


Minimum Qualification:  
  • Matric / Grade 12 
    Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources Development, Social Sciences ,Finance,  Auditing. 


    Minimum Experience: 
  • 4 – 6 years in Training and Development environment 
  • Skills Development experience advantageous
  • Advanced computer Literacy.


Duties:
  • WSP policy implementation
  • Quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation, and risk management
  • Evaluate and recommend WSP/ATR submissions
  • Capacity building of the provincial personnel
  • Stakeholder support and advocacy
  • Reporting and administration. 


Remuneration Package: R602 267 - R805 157 per annum
