MARKETING AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (ONE YEAR CONTRACT)
Salary: R 294 321.00.00 per annum. SL 7

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Administration or Marketing or Business Management, Two years’ experience in Administration or Marketing or Business Qualification in Project Management will be an advantage Must be computer literate Knowledge of SMME and/ or incubation industry will be an added advantage A valid driver’s licence.
Competencies: Report writing Research Analytical thinking Media relations Marketing communication Ability to interpret relevant directive Problem solving Planning and organising Interpersonal relationship Communication.
Duties: Provide administrative support Data capturing Provisioning administration – ordering and dispatching suppliers, assets management Diary management Collect and assemble data required to compile reports to funders against centre KPIs Financial management – budgeting, data capturing Marketing of the CfERI Assist in marketing incubator clients – marketing plans, market access, public relations Work with SMMEs to identify and evaluate new market, new target clients Assist in achieving sales target of SMMEs Encourage the SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods of marketing to their enterprises.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (ONE YEAR CONTRACT)
Salary: R 359 517.00 per annum. SL 8

Duties: Work with SMMEs to identify and evaluate new target market, new target clients Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities Encourage an environment of innovative thinking and commercialisation of innovative ideas Encourage the SMMEs to incorporate innovative methods to their enterprises Determine the trust/drive of the proposed or existing business idea/innovation Work with SMMEs to develop and implement strategic sales plan Assist in achieving sales target of SMMEs Plan, implement and manage the enterprise development projects, programs, products and services aimed at SMMEs Provide coaching and mentoring to SMMEs Coordinate training and capacity development for SMME’s Facilitate training of SMME’s Maintain an excellent stakeholder relationship with existing and potential stakeholders Promote relations with relevant stakeholders Liaise with different sector stakeholders and broader business community Provide management, stakeholders, and SMME’s with information Collect data and audit business key performance areas and key performance indicators compile reports
