Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Level 8 post-graduate qualification in a management-related field Minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in enterprise development, of which at least 3 years in a senior management position Knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship highly commendable Expertise in business management A valid driver’s licence.

Duties: Manage an incubator that will include an innovation and technical centres Encourage an environment of innovative thinking and commercialisation of innovative ideas Coordinate and monitor initiatives for the incubation service offering Plan, coordinate, organise, and spearhead efforts to recruit and locate office, technology, and industrial users; ensuring appropriate equipment and materials are available for the successful operations related to these efforts Recruiting youth and entrepreneurs into the programmes and other related duties.

STATE ACCOUNTANT: ASSETS MANAGEMENT (PERMANENT) 
Salary: R 299 709.00 p.a. benefits excluded

Requirements: •A relevant recognised Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma plus three years managerial experience Working experience in assets management Ability to be self-regulated and to possess the ability work independently Proficiency with computerised assets management systems is required A valid driver’s licence. 
 
Duties: Monitoring an implementation of the College Asset and Fleet management policy Manager the implementation and maintenance of the computerised assets management system Monitor the maintenance and accuracy of barcoded assets and asset movement/transfers Co-ordinate the physical verification of fixed assets at all sites on a bi-annual basis Ensure all existing assets and additions are included in the college insurance policy Report on any discrepancies, damage and/or missing assets to management on a regular basis and ensure the appropriate insurance procedures for compensation are duly followed Reconciliation of General Ledger Accounts to Fixed Asset registers on a Monthly basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of the Fixed Asset Register as well as General Ledger Accounts Ensure accurate and complete calculation of depreciation of assets as well are determination of useful lives and asset impairment in preparation for disclosure in the Annual Financial Statements Monitor and control the College Fleet including the monitoring of trip bookings as well as reporting on damage to college vehicles Monitor and reconcile fuel usage with authorised trips on a monthly basis Monitor, control and report on the maintenance and repairs of college vehicles, as well as identification of problematic drivers with regard to repeated damage Monitor and implement the adherence to transport regulations, circulars and policies Perform any other related duties as required by management .

SENIOR LABOUR RELATION OFFICER (PERMANENT) 
Salary: R 299 709.00 p.a. benefits excluded

Minimum requirements: •An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma in Human Resource Labour Practice plus at least three years’ relevant experience. 
 
Competencies: •Labour litigation experience •Ability to work under severe pressure •Expert knowledge of the LRA, BCEA and Equity Act •Ability to meet deadlines •A valid driver’s licence. 
 
Duties: •Monitor the handling of contracts management services •Provide complex legal advice to the college •manage a process of litigation and appeal services to the college •provide advice with regard to interpretation of legislations •Act as legal representative on various committees within the college •Monitor the implementation of promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (PAJA) within the college and provide training thereon •Draft legal report for the college •Ensure the co-ordination of Commissioner of Oath within the College •Give advice on legal matters.
