CAMPUS MANAGER (PERMANENT)

Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, backed by a professional qualification in Education, plus at least five years’ relevant experience as well as two years TVET management experience Extensive knowledge of the FET Act, PFMA and all other related education and training legislations Extensive knowledge and understanding of the TVET sector Sound knowledge and experience of financial management, project management and HR development strategies Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational, negotiation and problem-solving skills Well developed organisational, planning and excellent management skills Computer literacy SACE Registration A valid driver’s licence.
NB: Shortlisted candidates will be required to do a presentation during interview session.
Duties: Lead and co-ordinate day-to-day management of campus activities Lead and support designated staff to ensure that learner entitlements are achieved and improved Support and contribute to the implementation of the College’s transformation policies and strategic plans Lead and coordinate the construction and development of the campus plan Promote the College’s strategies for the development and effective use of information and learning technologies Maintain contact with parents, guardians and sponsors concerning the behaviour and performance of learners Develop strong vibrant relationships with social, sporting and community organisations Provide relevant and timely management information Contribute to the audit review and monitoring process related to corporate objectives Manage facilities and infrastructure and learner support services and network with industries Be accountable for institutional quality assurance at campus level.
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY (PERMANENT)

Duties: To ensure the realization of the College’s strategic approach to total quality management (TQM) by ensuring adherence to applicable policies, procedures, regulations and legislations Develop in consultation with Executive Management the College’s Quality manual Ensure adherence and implementation of management reviews to the quality management Perform monitoring and evaluation that leads to continuous improvement to the system Develop and maintain the functional electronic system and other related duties.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: FINANCE

Requirements: An appropriate Degree/National Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting plus five years working experience fully qualified or passed finalist of one of the professional accountancy bodies or done articles training.
Competencies: Demonstrable experience of working in management accounting or financial management Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting issues and techniques Analytical and logical problem solving skills A good business understanding Good attention to detail Good communications and presentation skills An ability to explain complex financial information in a clear way Honesty and discretion Team-working skills A valid driver’s licence.
Duties: Assessing an organization’s state Identification of ways to lower expenses and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual budgets Participate in corporate strategic planning initiatives or manage costs related to new project and product developments Generating monthly or weekly reports for the College on budget performance (IYM) for the Head Office and Campuses and hold meeting on cost performance (variance analysis and other statistics) and discussion with the budget owners, CFO and CEO Assisting the CFO in the management and monitoring of the College construction projects Responsible for the College asset register and ensuring that it is up to date by proper and full recording of all additions and disposals.
