STUDENT LIAISON OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Minimum requirements: An appropriate recognised Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Psychology Two year’s career guidance and counselling experience Excellent verbal and communication skills Experience in database Confidence and energy to build rapport Ability to prioritise, work independently and meet deadlines Excellent project management skills Flexibility to occasionally work out of hours Strong eye for detail Good team worker Computer literacy A valid driver’s licence.
Duties: Assume responsibilities for career guidance and counselling Co-ordinate all activities with regard to induction Assist in administering and co-ordinate bursaries Manage Sports Assist with the SRC functions Assist with student graduation Establish the campus data base of exiting students Do the functions as delegated by the Job Placement Officer concerning placement of Students and Workplace Based Experience Perform any other duties as may be assigned.

MARKETING CLERK (CONTRACT)
Salary: R 173 703.00 p.a. benefits excluded

Requirements: Grade 12, Plus three Years Tertiary Qualification in Marketing 2 years’ experience in a business incubator, a start-up advisory or any kind of entrepreneurial experience would be preferred.
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook) a valid driver’s licence
Competencies: Media relations knowledge Marketing communications skills and Report Writing Knowledge of Planning and organising and Interpersonal relationship.
Duties: Provide administrative support and Data Capturing
Assist in marketing incubator clients – marketing plans, market access, public relations Work with SMMEs/Incubates to identify and evaluate new market, new target clients Assist in achieving sales target of the SMMEs/Incubates Encourage the SMMEs/Incubates to incorporate innovative methods of marketing to their enterprises Establish partnerships with other organizations for providing services to the incubates or the incubator; marketing the incubator, sponsorships…etc. Liaison with the government and industries. Marketing the Incubator and Business Development: Be the face of the Incubator and actively promote it through various channels.
