SENIOR HR PRACTITIONER (PERMANENT)
Salary: R 316 791.00 p.a. benefits excluded

Minimum requirements: Grade 12, plus Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Public Management, Business Management, Management Assistant or any relevant qualification. Three years working experience in Human Resources Administration Intro PERSAL Certificate will be an advantageA valid driver’s licence is a must.
Competencies: Strong administration skills Innovative thinking and problem solving skills Good planning and organisational skills Ability to perform accurately and methodically under pressure Sound inter-personal relations Thoroughness, honesty, integrity and willingness to work hard coupled with pride Good team worker Computer literacy.
Duties: Facilitate the recruitment and selection process Supervise capturing of applications on database Handle HR administration enquiries Assist PERSAL users with regard to PERSAL matters Approve termination and leave on PERSAL system Verify and approve pension transaction on PCM system Maintain post establishment for PERSAL and College Council Compile statistical reports required from management and DHET Provide related management information and reports as required Monitor adjustment of qualification and acknowledge of previous experience Perform other work related duties as delegated.

RISK AND ETHICS OFFICER (CONTRACT)

Minimum requirements: Grade 12, plus Degree/Diploma in Internal Audit, Risk Management or any relevant qualification. Three years working experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management A valid driver’s licence is a must. Knowledge of Corporate Governance King VI Report Public Finance Management Act Enterprise-wide risk management Continuing Education and Training Act.
Competencies: Excellent communication skills written & verbal Good interpersonal relations Problem solving skill & time management Research Skills Planning and organising skills Computer literacy Policy analysis and interpretation.
Duties: Facilitate strategic and operational risk assessment within the college Monitoring the risk Management Framework within the college Providing support to the departments on the monitoring of risk management registers Facilitate quarterly risk management committee meetings Monitor the implementation of fraud prevention policies Facilitate anti-fraud and corruption awareness campaigns Provide workshops on the Fraud Prevention Strategy and implementation plan Develop and monitor fraud and corruption register.
