Title of the Job: Finance Manager 
(Permanent Position) 
Grade / Level D3 (Paterson) 
Location: Sandton 
Salary: Market related

Overall Responsibility: To effectively manage all finances of Gauteng Partnership Fund by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and adhere to sound budgetary controls practices. 
 
 
Key Performance Areas:
The role of the Finance Manager will be ensuring that the following responsibilities are undertaken within the GPF: 
 Preparing financial statements and other reports 
 Development and Implementation of Plans for Financial Accounting 
 Prepare and facilitate the Audits 
 Payments 
 Financial Management 
 Budget Management 
 Management of subordinate staff 
 Business performance and reporting 
 Administration of the business unit 
 
Qualification & Experience: A minimum of Appropriate Recognized Bachelor’s degree Accounting / Financial Management or related qualification at (NQF Level 7). Ideally a relevant (NQF 8) Postgraduate degree in Finance or related. At least 4 years of work experience as a Financial Manager or related field. A valid Code EB Driver’s license.
