Title of the Job: Finance Manager
(Permanent Position)

Overall Responsibility: To effectively manage all finances of Gauteng Partnership Fund by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and adhere to sound budgetary controls practices.
Key Performance Areas:
The role of the Finance Manager will be ensuring that the following responsibilities are undertaken within the GPF:
Preparing financial statements and other reports
Development and Implementation of Plans for Financial Accounting
Prepare and facilitate the Audits
Payments
Financial Management
Budget Management
Management of subordinate staff
Business performance and reporting
Administration of the business unit
Qualification & Experience: A minimum of Appropriate Recognized Bachelor’s degree Accounting / Financial Management or related qualification at (NQF Level 7). Ideally a relevant (NQF 8) Postgraduate degree in Finance or related. At least 4 years of work experience as a Financial Manager or related field. A valid Code EB Driver’s license.
• Competencies: Technical: PFMA and Treasury Regulations ● Public Service Act of 1994 ●
• Public Service Regulations of 2016 ● All aspects of Accounting including GRAP standards and other regulatory frameworks. ● Financial delegations, applicable policies and procedures.
