REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Public Management and Development/ or related qualification. A minimum 5 years of experience at a middle/senior managerial level in Strategic Management/Organizational Performance Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting in the Public Service. Knowledge and understanding of legislative and Policy framework governing Policy, Programme, Performance monitoring, Programme evaluation and reporting in the Public Service. To Provide strategic leadership and coordination in the implementation of Support service functions (Human Resource Management, Auxiliary services, Finance, Supply Chain Management, etc.) for the enhancement of effective Service Delivery in the Region.
