PURPOSE : To ensure FP&M SETA businesses leverage digital technologies to optimize its operations, improve customer experiences, and drive innovation.
 
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
: • A degree in Graphic Design & Web Development
• At least 3 years’ experience in a digital environment;
• Conceptually strong and highly skilled in design and layout
• Proven experience in social media and digital channels;
• Proven experience on systems and web development,
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.);
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets;
• Spearhead Operations in conjunction with Executive Management
• Time, project, change and strategic management;
• Analytical problem solving and decision-making skills;
• Research & Design Skills
• Planning & Organizing skills
• Work in team-oriented environment
• Excellent labour market analysis skills
• Presentation, meeting, consultation and negotiation skills;

KEY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the digitization of learning materials for the FP&M SETA e-Portal.
• Manage content conversion and accessibility standards.
• Responsible for the production of digital content across websites, social media, emailers, motion graphics and digital banners;
• Handle jobs from concept through to creative design and roll-out;
• Digitize records and administrative documents for streamlined access.
• Multi Strategise with other the marketing division and other professionals;
• Media design and manipulation of various formats: images, animated gifs, photography;
• Support the development and maintenance of digital platforms and archives.
• Research and apply innovative digital tools aligned with AI and automation.
• Train internal stakeholders on digitized tools and processes.
• Collaborate with departments on business process automation initiatives.
• Create digital create, modify and update digital contents for internal and external distribution
• Ensure quality assurance, cybersecurity alignment, and regulatory compliance for digital content.
• Keep up-to-date with latest trends and developments.
• Work on other projects and initiatives, as required
• General office administration.
