EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES AND/OR SKILLS:
Degree/Diploma in Finance/ Supply Chain Management
A qualification in Communications, Specializing Brand Digital/Media Relations Management and Stakeholder Relations or Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing or other relevant Business Management Degree
Preferably experience in Supply Chain management within the private sector
Understanding of the SETA regulatory environment,
Understanding of relevant legislation such as SDA, PFMA and National Treasury
Member of a Marketing/communication Professional Body an added advantage
Ability to develop a compelling business proposition and communicate this orally and in written form

Manage the procurement process for the FP&M SETA including a travel online system
Passion for administration and step by step processes
Clinical filing system and technologically driven
Repositioning the SETA
Brand enhancement and reputation management
Timeous, Professional Management of sponsorship for Branded purposes

Addressing and resolving queries
Efficiently manage the unit utilizing high technological solutions
Policy development and review
Develop policies and procedures for coordination of supply chain and marketing with other functional areas in line with applicable legislation

Execute relevant functions as prescribed by the National Treasury from time to time
Asset management:
Retain the responsibility for safeguarding the assets and ensure timeous reports are submitted to finance on damaged, lost, and faultless assets.

Proactive management and timeous reporting of SCM matters
Ability to write, edit and work on publications of articles, magazines and other organisational reports
Ability to design and execute Stakeholder Engagement Surveys
Prepare & read statutory reports

Provide administrative support services to the Bid Specification, Bid Evaluation and Bid Adjudication committees and other relevant evaluation and award structures

Manage all SCM Databases
Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training, and development of divisional staff ensuring an effective and motivated team
Performs related work as required
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO, CFO and General Manager: Research, Planning & Reporting
Performance Management
Ensure knowledge transfer and capacity building of supply chain and marketing staff
Manage the performance of staff assigned to the department
Liaise with the HR division in conducting performance appraisals and ensure competency and training gaps are addressed
