RESPONSIBILITIES
 Managing and providing academic leadership, ensuring excellent academic results, 
 Developing and managing learnerships in conjunction with the Occupational Manager 
 Applying quality assurance 
 Keeping abreast of new developments/latest trends 
 Implementing and managing new programmes, ensuring optimal use of resources (physical and academic) 
 Providing support to academic staff 
 Providing academic support to students, reporting on training programmes to senior management 
 Budgeting, placing of students in work integrated learning 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 Relevant N3 
 Teaching qualification 
 At least five year’s teaching experience in relevant field 
 Management experience in TVET sector 
 Computer literacy and Language proficiency in English

RECOMMENDATIONS
 B Degree or N Diploma or S Diploma 
 Qualified Artisan relevant field 
 Registered Assessor and/or Moderator
