FACULTY ADMIN CLERK 
KHAYELITSHA CAMPUS 
(R173 703 – R204 612 p.a plus benefits) 
This is a PERMANENT position. 
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting with all administrative duties, database, support to lecturers 
• Deal with walk in enquiries 
• Assist with the registration process 
• Book interviews 
• Communicate with students 
• Obtain quotes for materials required 
• Assist with venues preparations 
• Assist with exams oversee absence 
• Liaise with students who were declined and generate registers 
 
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12/Matric 
• Excellent computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Outlook & Internet 
• Minimum 3 years’ administrative work experience 
• Valid driver’s licence 
• Must be fluent in at least 2 languages, one which must be English 
 


RECOMMENDATIONS
• Knowledge of the TVET sector 
• Attention to detail 
• Good telephone manner
