Job Purpose: To provide credible and comprehensive Litigation and Employment Law support to the municipality, the executive management, the executive committee, section 79, 80 and other statutory and administrative committees, council and municipal entities and to guide it in compliance with legislative prescripts and in performing its constitutional, statutory and common law duties.
