Experience:
3 Years related Human Resources generalist background

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure a comprehensive HR operation in terms of the total HR value chain
• Provide an advisory service to line management and employees on all aspects of the Eskom Conditions of Service
• Ensure an effective co-ordination of skills sourcing service
• Provide accurate management information and effective system support
• Customer and stakeholder communication and service
• Supporting line management in improving good labour and employee relations
• Facilitate developing and implementing of training and development plans
• Builds and maintains healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships
