- TVET Education Lecturing Qualification,
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years experience in the TVET sector;
- Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
- Moderator and Assessor certificate will be an added advantage

Post Description:
- Life Skills L2–L4;
- Office Data Processing L2–L4.
Duties:
- Engage in learning/facilitation as per workload;
- Assess (practical tasks) and record the performance of students;
- Manage a learning program, develop policy for the program;
- Provide guidance on the latest developments on approaches to the program.

Post Description:
Management Assistant: assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned including:
- Receiving telephone calls;
- Rendering customer service;
- Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
- Filing of documentation and records;
- Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff, as required;
- Data capturing;
- Assisting with registration of students;
- ITS capturing.
Minimum Requirements:

MILLWRIGHT FACILITATOR (TEMPORARY)

Minimum requirements:
- Trade Certificate in Millwright;
- Minimum 3 years industry experience or Facilitator experience;
- Training/ Facilitation Skills;
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills;
- Assessor and Moderator with NAMB/SETA an added advantage;
- NAMB registered as a trade testing official will be an added advantage;
- Driver’s license will be an added advantage.
Duties:
- Planning, facilitating and administering training processes;
- Providing training to apprentices according to training schedule
- Facilitate mechanical fitter skills training to unemployed youth of varied ability;
- Manage simulated workshop environment;
- Implement and facilitate ongoing training in line with industry & NQF standards;
- Prepare, review and administer assessments;
- Administer training registers and practical simulated exposure;
- Compile exit level projects and monthly reports;
- Collect and review portfolio's of learning evidence (POE);
- Design, monitor and deliver on the implementation plan;
- Provide learners with an understanding of the Mechanical Fitter Industry they will be pursuing a career in;
- Base line assess candidate to check understanding;
- Conduct toolkits gap training and trade test preparation to candidates;
- Management of workshop tools and equipment, procurement and safekeeping;
- Conduct risk assessment, investigate and report incidents;
- Site visits and to companies where learners are placed and completion of monitoring reports.
Salary:
- R 256 395 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits.
