Educational Requirements:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric);
- National Diploma/Degree in Business Studies;
- TVET Education Lecturing Qualification.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years’ experience in the TVET Sector;
- Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
- Moderator and Assessor certificate will be an added advantage;
- Driver's licence will be an added advantage.
- Life Skills and Computer Literacy L2-L4.
Duties:
- Engage in learning / facilitating as per workload;
- Assess and record the performance of students;
- Manage a learning program;
- Develop the policy for the program;
- Provide guidance on the latest developments on approaches to the program;

FACILITATOR ASSISTANT BAKER (TEMPORARY)

Post Designation:
- Facilitator (Assistant Baker).
- EWC-ALB/TEMP 01/2024.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum NQF Level 3 baking / confectionary;
- A minimum of three years of baking experience;
- Facilitator/Learner ratio 1:12;
- POE development and learning evidence collection skills;
- Assessor and Moderator with NAMB/SETA an added advantage;
- NAMB registration as a trade testing official will be an added advantage;
- Drivers licence will be an added advantage.
- Facilitator - Assistant Baker.
Duties:
- Planning, facilitating and administering training processes;
- Provide learning and development so that the learner is equipped with necessary knowledge and application skills to be an Assistant Baker;
- Provide training to learners so that they maintain and apply manufacturing practices, food safety and personal safety practices according to industry standards and legal requirements;
- Monitor baking quality conformance;
- Prepare, review and administer assessments;
- Collect and review portfolios of learning evidence (POE);
- Administer Training Registers and practical simulated exposure.
Nature of Appointment:
- 3-Month Contract.
- R 25 000.00 per month.

TWO (2) FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINEES - GERMISTON CAMPUS
Post Designation:
- Financial Management Trainees (Student Support Services).

Post Description:
Financial Management:
- Handing out of DoE bursary forms and Schedule of Particulars (SoP) to applicants;
- Explain to the applicants the required documents they need to submit with their applications;
- Keep record of students who have applied and submitted their applications with the required documents;
- Follow-up on returns from SSS-CC or NSFAS;
- Attend bursary meetings;
- Make copies of required documentation in relation to DoE bursary administration at the campus;
- Work on transport/accommodation claims of the students who have been awarded DoE bursaries for submission to SSS-CC and keep record thereof; check against the checklist if the applicant has completed all the fields and have submitted the necessary documentation;
- Inform the students about the due date for submission of completed forms and SoP.
