Ekurhuleni West TVET College is a public college, operating in terms of the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ACT, Act 16 of 2006 as amended, under the auspices of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET). The college consists of six campuses and a Central Office, located in the Ekurhuleni Metropolis.
Ekurhuleni West would like to create a pool/database of potential temporary employees in order to fill urgent vacancies should the need arise. This database is open for a period of 6 months.

Educational Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Matric);
Relevant qualification (Diploma/Degree) in line with the listed programmes;
TVET Education Lecturing Qualification;
Trade Test, where applicable.

Minimum Requirements

A minimum of zero to two (0-2) years’ experience in the TVET sector;
Registered with South African Council for Educators (SACE);
Moderator, Assessor and Facilitator certificates will be an added advantage;
Driver's licence will be an added advantage.

Duties

Engage in learning/facilitation as per workload;
Assess and record the performance of students;
Provide guidance on the latest developments on approaches to the program.
