Duties: Assist with preparation of annual financial statements. Direct supervision and review of reconciliations (bank. suppliers. debtors. payroll suspense and petty cash). Assist College with audit queries raised by both internal and external auditors. Responsible for the PMDS of the relevant staff members. Manage assets management system and processes and report to CFO, to perform reconciliation o1 assets register with financial system. Bi-annual reports alter audits of physical assets and any other delegated dirties.
EXAMINATION OFFICER (RE-ADVERTISEMENT)

Requirements: Recognized National Diploma (NQF 6) in Education/Administration or equivalent qualification, 1-2 years in the Education/Administration or equivalent qualification. Valid driver's license. Knowledge of White Paper on PSET Act.
Duties: Coordinate internal and external examination assessment check exam venues (seating plan, direction to exam venue. Instruction to student and other related duties as per exam manual), apply concessions for students with disabilities prior examination sitting. Monitor examination process and procedures, monitor college exam centers for trimester or semester or year examination cycle. Implement the Internal Assessment (IGASS/ISAT) monitoring and verification tool. Implement College Examination Policy and Terms of References (TOR) for Examination related committee, coordinate the training of Invigilators. Markers and Data Capturers. Prepare invigilator agreement contracts and signing thereof; Issue certificate application form and quality assurance on submitted data: Process and submit all Diploma applications, keep record and handle enquiries.
