Minimum salary: R414 003 – R506 682 per annum per Annum (Post Level 3) 
 
Requirements : Matric / Grade 12 certificate ; Mechanical/Electrical Diploma or Degree, teaching qualification or a trade certificate; 5 years teaching experience in the TVET Sector; Experience in curriculum Management; Knowledge of the relevant legislative policies that governs the public TVET colleges; Must be computer literate; Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage; SACE Registration.
 
Duties: Report 191 or NC(V) Engineering; Ensure that the college provides innovative learning programmes which are responsive to Commerce and Industry, and Community needs in collaboration with the College Council Academic Board; Planning, Organizing, Leading and division.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 certificate; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, teachers qualification; At least 5 years’ appropriate teaching experience in the TVET Sector and experience in Curriculum Management; Knowledge of the relevant legislative policies that governs the public TVET colleges; must be computer literate with a valid driver’s license and SACE Registration; Understanding of the functioning of following programmes NC (V); Report 191); Occupational Programmes and working with SETAs among other stakeholders;
 
Duties: Management of lecturers, students and curriculum delivery; Implementation of administration processes within the Business Studies division; Ensure effective utilization of resources; Ensure that the college provides innovative learning programmes which are responsive to Commerce and Industry, and the Community needs in collaboration with the College Council Academic Board; Assist student affairs with job placement; Ensure that Work Integrated Learning for students take place; Plan and implement quality management in the department or division; Contribute in drafting of a year planner in advance featuring all operations; Promote Outcomes-Based Education, skills training and learnerships; Ensure that programmes offered equip students with employability skills; Analyze, interpret and make recommendations based on statistics; Contribute to the organizing of Graduation Ceremonies; Manage and control part-time and afternoon classes; Manage the administration and conduct the national examinations, results and assessments; Establish and keep records of staff attendance, department or division structure, circulars, timetables, class attendance, training facilities visits; Participate in Learning Area Committees; Support and motivate Senior Lecturers; Encourage and sustain academic excellence and improve students results.

Requirements: Matric/Grade12 certificate; Recognized three (3) years National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Internal Audit/Accounting or equivalent qualification; 3-5 years in quality Management system/internal auditing/ Risk Management/ISO training; Knowledge and understanding of quality management practice following pieces of legislation: FET Act; ISO standards; Quality Management System etc; and internal auditor.
 
Duties: Render Internal Audits to the services of the college; Action the developed internal audit scope; criteria, roles and responsibilities; Schedule audit and organize relevant tools for future internal audits; Conduct internal audit; Raise non-conformances and list recommendations; Generate audit reports; Submit audit reports to the principal, divisional managers and campus managers for further action where appropriate; Distribute survey questionnaires; Collect and analyze data of the surveys; Compile a survey report, Prepare needed data for management reviews; Remind process owners to executed the “To Do List” recommendations to promote systematic continuous improvement.
 
 
 
 
 
STUDENT REGISTRATION OFFICER

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 certificate; Recognized three (3) years National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Business Administration or Degree or equivalent qualification; 3-5 years’ experience in student registration, ITS and Computer literacy,
 
Duties: Oversee the student admissions and exiting process; Organize and administering student records; Ensure records are updated with new levels or grades, attendance, finances, etc; Train staff to use software or programme related to records administration; Perform administrative duties, such as printing academic transcripts for students; Keep students’ information confidential and secure; Participate in student service committees and initiatives; Responsible for checking enrolment lists against Student Information System; Monitor accomplishment of academic requirements needed for graduation. EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WELLNESS PRACTITIONER

Salary range: R 257 508 – R 303 339 per annum plus benefits (Salary Level 7)
 
Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 certificate; Appropriate Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Psychology or equivalent qualification; 1-2 years’ experience in rendering social work services; Knowledge of integrated Employee Health and Wellness strategic framework; understand HIV/ AIDS and TB Management; In-depth knowledge of conducting counselling and understanding of special programmes such as gender and disability; driver’s license will be an added advantage.
 
Duties: Provide effective and efficient administrative support in the implementation of Employee Health and Wellness strategic framework; Assist with the implementation of health and wellness policy for the college; assist with conducting Health and wellness surveys; coordinate Health and Well ness programme based on the Health Wellness survey; Provide support in the implementation of Employee wellness programme service; promote psycho-social wellness of employees in the college; provide counselling; promote physical wellness of employees in the college through sport; Provide effective and efficient administrative support in the mitigation of the impact on HIV / AIDS; TB and STI epidemic and it’s gender and rights.

Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent; 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resource Administration; valid driver’s license will be added as an advantage.
 
Duties: Administer recruitment processes and terminations contracts; ensure adherence on conditions of service; Administer leave and absence, IQMS and PMDs on PERSAL and pension processes; Capture pension on PCM system (Pension Management System); Guide and advice staff members on Human Resource related matters as required; Disseminate and communicate reports; Submit reports to management regarding Human Resource matters as required; Ensure that new employees induction takes place; Ensure that job descriptions and financial disclosures are submitted to HR on yearly basis; Update Human Resource Information system; Submit all documents for filing to Registry; Contribute to new Human Resource policy making committee; Serve on the Human Resource Committee at College level and other Human Resources forums.
