HRD CLERK
SALARY: R173703-R204612 PER ANNUM (SL 5) CENTRAL OFFICE

JOB PURPOSE
To render Human Resource Development clerical services through coordination of staff development and Performance Management (PMDS and IQMS).
REQUIREMENTS:
Recognized National Diploma in HRM (NQF Level 6) or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years’ experience in an HR environment. Knowledge and understanding of the Employment Acts i.e. EEA; BCEA, LRA and SDA. Good Communication Skills, Computer Skills (Ms Office Intermediate).
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Co-ordinate Staff Development
Assist in compiling Training Plan for the college
Co-ordinate DHET and ETDPSETA funded programs for staff members. Assist in the implementation of the Training Plan.
Assist in compiling ATR for the college
Arranging Skills Development Committee meetings.
Performance Management IQMS and PMDS
Collecting and quality checking PMDS and IQMS submissions from various sections and campuses Assist in analysing PDP’s to develop HRD plan.
Capturing of IQMS and PMDS scores on PERSAL system.
Submission of IQMS and PMDS to National office for payments.
Record keeping of PMDS and IQMS records.
Co-ordination of Bursary
Receiving and quality checking bursary applications for staff members. Arranging Skills Development Committee meetings.
Keep records of the committee meetings
Compile Bursary report.
Workplace Skills Plan
Assist in compiling the WSP for the college.
Submit WSP for the college
Submit the WSP to ETDPSETA
Ensure the implementation of the WSP and advise accordingly.
