Minimum Requirements
- A Postgraduate degree (NQF Level 8) in Internal Auditing.
- A certificate or diploma in Risk Management will be essential.
- A Master's degree (NQF Level 9), preferably an MBA/ CIA/ CA qualification will be an added advantage.
- Membership of the Institute of Risk Management of South Africa (IRMSA) or Professional body relevant to Risk Management or a membership of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
- A certificate in Corporate Governance will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) years work-related experience in risk management, of which three (3) years experience must be at Senior Management level in a Risk management environment, with a combination of experience within Corporate Governance and Internal Audit, preferably in a public sector entity.
- Strong awareness of the SETA landscape and a good knowledge of current risk management guidelines in the Public Sector, particularly National Treasury prescripts for public entities.
- Expertise in Risk Management identification, assessment, response and mitigation of risks.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a governance and compliance risk management programme.
- Manage the entire risk and governance environment in line with ETDP SETA’s objectives and legislative requirements.
- Oversee the fulfilment of Board and Governance needs, requirements and obligations, such as the Corporate Plan and presentation of the Annual Report.
- Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the ETDP SETA.
- Develop an appropriately combined risk assurance.
- Conduct risk assessments, which involves analysing risk and identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the organisation.
- Responsible for the implementation of fraud risk management policy and strategies.
- Implement various policies, such as spreadsheet risk and project risk management.
- Ensure that the risk registers, risk management plan and presentation are complete and that reports are in compliance.
- Work with the senior management team to produce customized risk models to inform decision-making capabilities within varying levels of uncertainty.

- Develop and implement Human Resources Management strategies to align with the business objectives.

- Implement and manage human resources projects
- Manage and oversee all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process to ensure that the recruitment and selection processes are timeously followed.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development.
- Manage a training plan that details required training delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.
- Oversee training and development initiatives undertaken by staff in line with identified training needs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and strategies, including creating and facilitating performance-focused training plans and sessions.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop an annual M&E Plan, which includes performance information monitoring and reporting tools, processes, and frameworks. Manage effective and efficient use of performance information monitoring tools, processes and frameworks and guide and advise management in respect of utilisation.
- Day-to-day management of reported performance information and associated evidence, including management of the DHET’s Survey Hub, the DPME’s eQPRS, the ETDP SETA’s Information Management System’s Performance Information Management, Monitoring, Reporting Module (PIMM&R), and the Corporator Business Management System.
- Receive, verify and document validated reported performance evidence according to the ETDP SETA’s performance information management, monitoring, evaluation and reporting policy.
- Attend to all internal and external audit findings, engage with business units to resolve audit-related matters, and report on progress on audit findings.
- Review Business Units’ monthly and quarterly performance reports and performance evidence against the ETDP SETA’s approved Annual Performance Plan, Technical Indicator Descriptions, and the Verification Guidelines and produce evidence-based organisational quarterly performance reports.

Job Purpose: The Provincial Skills Advisor is tasked with coordinating and facilitating skills development programmes and projects in the province of their appointment. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all assigned provincial skills development initiatives, such as learnerships, skills programmes, internships, bursaries, workplace-based learning agreements, support for small/micro levy-paying organisations, and communication of scarce and critical skills in the province.
In addition, he/ she will liaise with internal and external stakeholders concerning all aspects of skills development coordinated by the ETDP SETA, including monitoring implemented programmes in line with the stipulated requirements. The successful incumbent will report to the Provincial Manager and will be based at the ETDP SETA provincial office in Mbombela, Nelspruit (Mpumalanga province).
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Education, Training, and Development / Public Administration / Business Administration / Business Management.
- A certificate or diploma in Project Management would be advantageous.
- At least five (5) years experience in skills development processes within the ETD sector, with three years of working experience in a Project Management environment.
- Experience in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential. This includes understanding the project lifecycle, planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, administration system operations and quality assurance.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) environment.
- Sound knowledge and experience in stakeholder relations management with good negotiation skills in the coordination of services.
- Proven experience in coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects.
- Knowledge of document management systems for organising and maintaining project documentation.
- Good understanding and extensive knowledge of applicable policies, legislation, guidelines, standards, and procedures in skills development, including the Skills Development Act (SDA), Skills Development Levies Act (SDLA), Discretionary Grants Regulations, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Service Level Agreement Framework, and Contract Management.
- Ability to plan and organise work, using own initiative.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office packages and data management systems.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the provincial operational plan.
- Manage and implement the ETDP SETA provincial programmes and projects within the allocated targets and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
- Develop a project monitoring and evaluation plan and tools and evaluate projects continuously against provincial annual plans and deliverables.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Monitor the implementation of identified learning programmes and conduct site visits.
- Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during project execution.
- Monitor the contracted skills development providers, learners and workplaces and prepare verification audits.
- Recruit prospective skills development providers to embark on the accreditation process and encourage those who are already accredited to have their scope extended.
- Recruit prospective constituent employers and learners.
- Prepare, develop and manage the contracts relevant to each project and manage the project's deliverables.
- Manage all project-related conflicts and build strong relationships with skills development providers and stakeholders within the ETD sector to foster collaboration and support project success.

- Manage and monitor learners' payments through payroll administration and ensure that skills development provider payments are made on time.
- Process and manage learners on the MIS system and their respective databases.
- Effectively communicating the ETDP SETA skills development initiatives, ensuring that constituencies and stakeholders are engaged in what should be done to achieve the sector skills development and strategic priorities, and marketing all the ETDP SETA services, programmes, and projects.
- Conduct advocacy and outreach programmes.
- Distribute marketing materials and attendance of exhibitions and skills development-related events in the province.
- Plan and implement capacity-building programmes in the province.
- Undertake project reporting on the completion of projects to be linked to impact analysis.
- Provide monthly and quarterly progress reports and verifiable evidence supporting all reported achievements as required.
- Provide regular feedback to the Provincial Manager regarding the operational responsibilities and outputs.

Job Purpose: The Travel Administrator is responsible for arranging, managing and coordinating all aspects of business travel to meet the specific needs of employees, governance structures and ETDP SETA clients within the organization. Moreover, the Travel Administrator may be requested to assist with administering the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Management functions and duties. The successful applicant will be based in the ETDP SETA Head Office in Johannesburg and report to the Supply Chain Management Manager.
Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate with a National Diploma (NQF Level 7) in Tourism and Hospitality Management or any relevant qualification in this field.
- At least three (3) years of proven work experience in recreation or business travel duties or in a similar role in corporate travel management.
