DUTIES : Provide executive support services in the office of the DG: Assist the Director-General with the execution of the responsibilities delegated to her by the Premier as Executive Authority and Head of the Government of the Eastern Cape Province. DUTIES : Establish a Service Desk function: To register, communicate, dispatch, and analyses all calls, reported incidents, service requests and information demands.
