ENTERPRISE FINANCE CONSULTANT
GQEBERHA - PERMANENT CONTRACT
GRADE 13:R 564 000-R 801 600 (TOTAL COST TO COMPANY)
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
To implement the provision of enterprise finance products and services comprising of short-, medium- and long-term loans, risk capital, micro lending and third-party funding towards attainment of growth and development priorities of the Eastern Cape province. The role entails: Identification, assessment of client needs and provides suitable enterprise finance products or solutions to address the needs of the business. Creating linkages with business development support partners internally and externally. Initiate and strengthen key partnerships with other role players within the funding environment. Processing loan applications, making recommendations to credit committee, feedback to clients, preparing disbursements, monitoring and reporting. The role involves working in teams, dealing with highly sensitive client information and requires due care in providing satisfactory services to clients. The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients within the region for additional support.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- National Diploma in Business Management / Economics/ Finance/Accounting.
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience of which at least two (2) years should be in enterprise finance, enterprise development or economic development.

NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
PERMANENT POSITION - EAST LONDON
GRADE 13: R 564 000-R 801 600 (TOTAL COST TO COMPANY)
The incumbent will be responsible for the regular maintenance and administration of the ECDC LAN & WAN network infrastructure with a strong focus on domain security. The role involves ensuring that the network runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The functions include designing, implementing, and maintaining the ECDC's network infrastructure, including hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and software (network protocols, operating systems, etc.). The incumbent will also be responsible for analysing network traffic patterns and optimising network resources to accommodate changing needs and usage patterns; Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's network from unauthorized access, malware, and other security threats, implementing disaster recovery plans to minimize network downtime and data loss in the event of a network failure or disaster; Providing technical support to users experiencing network-related issues, such as connectivity problems, slow network speeds, etc.; Maintaining accurate documentation of the network infrastructure, including network diagrams, configuration details, and security policies as well as generating reports on network performance, security incidents, and maintenance activities to management and stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Diploma in Information Technology, Network Engineering and Security.
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience of which two (2) years must be in Network Administration of a Corporate LAN & WAN of minimum 100 users.

SENIOR MANAGER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
HEAD OFFICE-EAST LONDON: 5 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT
GRADE 19 : TOTAL COST TO COMPANY
The incumbent shall be responsible for the following:
Effectively manage the Supply Chain Management function of the Corporation including the development and implementation of strategies for infrastructure, goods and services procurement within approved budgets whilst ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and procedures; Develop and implement supply chain strategies for improving the efficacy of acquisition; Develop and oversee the implementation of a demand and supply management strategy for the overall needs of the Corporation; Contribute to the alignment of ECDC service provision strategies, development goals, and goods and services sourcing practices with provincial and national policies; Lead the ongoing review of organisational supply chain activities and practices and drive implementation of corrective actions where required; Collaborate with senior managers from various units to identity business units procurement needs and develop an annual procurement plans; monitor and report on the implementation of annual procurement plans; Oversee procurement process logistics and bid administration processes through the bid lifecycle for procurement of goods and services, infrastructure and technical services procurement; Oversee tender evaluation process and ensure adherence to legislative framework, regulations and policy provisions; Provide technical and administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders relating to procurement and contract management process in alignment with the applicable legislative framework; and Monitor, recommend and implement corrective measures to rectify deviations and/or acts contrary to procurement policy and practice, budgetary provisions, financial regulations, audit requirements and departmental procedures. The incumbent is expected to run the SCM function adopting a strategic partnership model with the ultimate objective of improving overall organizational performance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant postgraduate qualification and a bachelor degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or legal field.
- A minimum of eight (8) years working experience of which at least five (5) years must be at Management or senior consultant level within a Supply Chain Management environment.
