​MANAGER: ENTERPRISE FINANCE AND BUSINESS SUPPORT –MTHATHA REGION 
5 YEAR CONTRACT 
GRADE 16:R854 800-R 1 237 800 (TOTAL COST TO COMPANY) 
 
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
The role is responsible for the coordination and management of responsive enterprise finance products and provision of related business support services within the region. Functions relating to the enterprise finance role entail the management of processes and systems relating to loan applications, processing, recommendations, feedback management, payouts, collections, monitoring and reporting for the region. Functions relating to business support services entail the regional coordination and management of governance and administrative systems required for the effective rendering of business support services in respect of promoting growth as well as capacity building of entrepreneurs / enterprises to enhance business productivity. The role shall be responsible for coordinating and managing client contracting and management of securities relating to approved loans within the region. The Manager shall also be expected to manage the performance of the regional loans book particularly matters relating to collection and impairment rates. 
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Commerce 
  • A minimum of 7 years working experience in enterprise finance, enterprise support and/or economic development of which 3 years must be at Supervisory or consultancy level.
