CENTRE MANAGER – InvestSA Eastern Cape One Stop Shop (EC OSS)
- 5 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT
GRADE 16 (Total Cost to Company)
To effectively implement strategies that will improve & influence the effectiveness with which the InvestSA Eastern Cape One Stop Shop facilitates the ease of doing business in the Eastern Cape due to co-location of all partners in the same geographical space.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Key Performance Areas will encompass:
Management of the InvestSA Eastern Cape One Stop Shop
- Provide high-end, functional & accessible facility where investors can meet relevant stakeholders to discuss investment opportunities
- Act as a knowledge point for technical trade & investment enquiries and industry info sharing
- Management of all partners hosted in the centre to ensure effective operation of the centre
- Ensure the centre meets its obligations in terms of the MOA entered between ECDC & the dtic
- Provide effective referral support to investors & traders
- Implementation of a lead-tracking system to ensure that investors receive quality service
Interdepartmental Relations
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the dtic & TISA, DEDEAT, CIPC, Dept of Labour, Dept of Home Affairs, SARS, DIRCO, National Regulator for Compulsory Services (NRCS), IDZ, Trade & Investment Agencies and Municipal Investment Agencies
- Create and manage relations with international trade & investment agencies
- Create and manage relations with embassies & other foreign missions
Project Management
- Implementing strategies that respond to investor needs and build investor confidence
- Implementing an effective investor lead-tracking system that provides guidance & records progress
- Implementing strategies that respond investor needs and build investor confidence
- Implementation of an effective investor lead-tracking system that provide guidance & record progress
- Management of the centre’s systems
- Management of procurement processes at the centre
- Hold regular consultation meetings with centre staff
- Provide support to tenants
- Prepare & manage client service plans
- Maintain a sound customer focused service
- of investment projects from concept to transaction
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/ Economics, Marketing, an MBA is an added advantage.
- 5 Years’ experience at Senior Management Level
