Durban ICC SOC (Ltd) is the managing company for the Inkosi Albert Luthuli ICC Complex, which includes the International Convention Centre Durban (ICC), the ICC Exhibition Centre and the ICC Arena. The Durban ICC is one of the most advanced conference facilities in the world, having been voted Africa’s Leading Conference Centre by World Travel Awards for 17 years.
GOODS RECEIVING CLERK (TG 05)
SIX (06) MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT
MIN R10 662.25 – MAX R17 426.25 PER MONTH

The Durban ICC is calling for suitable candidates to apply for the position of Goods Receiving Clerk. The suitable candidate will be responsible for capturing and processing invoices for payment within the Durban ICC. The incumbent will report directly to Treasury Accountant or nominated representative.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Certificate in Computer Literacy
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience

KEY PERFORMANCE /MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE
Processing of Goods Received
ISO compliance adhered to on a daily basis
Conducting Quality Control
Documents checked and collected daily
Invoices filed daily, stamped and submitted daily ensure that goods received are in good quality standards
Conduct and supervise stock take
Invoices submitted for processing on a daily basis
