Key Purpose

- Prepare Broker Reports: Compile accurate reports using internal systems (SFE and Compass).
- Index Documentation: Ensure work items are correctly indexed on the appropriate system.
- Medical Requirements Coordination: Send requests for medical requirements to brokers or Service Consultants for members exceeding the free cover limit.
- Member Onboarding: Load member details onto the system and coordinate with the Smart Service team for nurse-completed medical documentation.

- Work Pool Management: Monitor and manage work items in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Nanolabs has curated technology workflows in predominantly near-patient settings to improve efficiency and reduce testing turnaround times to improve decision-making and to drive increased focus on patient safety. Nanolabs provides technical, technology and professional services to pathology practices, while driving a culture focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Key Purpose
The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and overall management of Nanolabs Health Services. The role is responsible for conducting monthly financial reporting and analysis, as well as cost tracking, to enable efficient and informed business decision-making. As Nanolabs is currently in the expansion phase, this role will be instrumental in implementing and improving financial systems and processes and ensuring a seamless transition across new ventures and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Outputs

- Review and post journals to record all entries in the general ledger
