DUTIES : Provide strategic leadership and direction for business development and growth initiatives within the Departmental Construction Unit. Oversee the development and implementation of marketing, branding and positioning strategies for the Construction Unit. Direct and oversee the preparation, review and submission of bids, tenders and proposals. Monitor industry trends, infrastructure programmes and legislative developments to inform strategic decision-making to benefit the Departmental Construction Unit. Provide strategic oversight on stakeholder engagement, negotiations and partnership management.
