DUTIES : Monitor the implementation of Town and Regional Planning principles on fixed asset development. Manage Site Delivery Programme in line with applicable Town and Regional Planning principles in a fixed asset development and as per set timeframes and budgets. Provide site identification delivery services and manage the Site Delivery Programme. Update National Site Delivery Programme upon receipt of Pre Design Information Requests (PDIRS).
