Requirements: Three-year qualification in Management Services / Operations Management / Production Management / Industrial Psychology / (Human Resource Management / Public Management / or (Administration) / Business Management or (Administration) should be supplemented by the certificate in either Applied Organisational Development or Work-study • Job evaluation certificate is also required. 4 years functional experience in organisational development environment on senior practitioner level.
