COMMUNITY SCHEMES OMBUD SERVICE (CSOS)
 
The Community Schemes Ombud Service Act (Act 9 of 2011) was promulgated on 11 June 2011 and provides for the establishment of the Community Schemes Ombud Service (“CSOS”) as a public entity. The CSOS has been classified as a Schedule 3A Public Entity in terms of the Public Finance Management Act (Act No.1 of 1999) (PFMA).

SPECIALIST: KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING 
Head Office x 1 (Ref. CSOS/SKMT/07/24) 
This position will be reporting to the Manager: Research, Knowledge Management & Education and offers a total cost to company package of R553 358.54. 
 
Requirements
• Degree in law. 
• A postgraduate qualification in the relevant field or relevant NQF Level 8. 
• 5 - 7 years within a legal environment and part of which must be within the property sector. 
• Legal Research. 
• Proven record in presentation/training. 
 
Key Performance Areas 
• Education of stakeholders, employees, consumer education and awareness to community schemes. 
• Implementation of the Knowledge Management Strategy. 
• Conduct Legal Research on Community Schemes. 
• Ensure optimization of the Division. 
• Catalogue adjudication orders internally and externally.
