The Human Resources Department has a vacancy for an HR Administrator at our National Office.
Purpose: To provide data capturing, administrative and record-keeping support to the HR Department.
Key Performance Areas:
- Data Capturing
- Manual and Electronic Filing of Source Documents
- HR Administration
Key Requirements:
- Grade 12 and National Diploma in Administration or Human Resources
- 2 – 3 years experience in Recruitment and HR Administration
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR Information Systems

CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR A MEMBER TO SERVE ON THE CCMA AUDIT AND RISK COMMITTEE
The Commission for Conciliation Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) is a Schedule 3A public entity, as defined in the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999) (‘the PFMA”). Section 121 (1) of the Labour Relations, 1995 (Act 66 of 1995) (the LRA) makes provision for the Governing Body to establish Committees to assist it in the execution of its duties. In addition, in accordance with the provisions of Section 51(1)(a)(i) and (ii) and 76(4)(d) and 77 of the PFMA, each public entity is required to constitute an Audit Committee to serve as an independent advisory body to the Accounting Authority of the public entity. The Governing Body of the CCMA is seeking to appoint one (1) seasoned and suitably qualified professional with expertise in Internal and/or External Auditing to the CCMA Audit and Risk Committee (ARC).
REQUIREMENTS:
Over and above being an expert in internal and/or external audit, the candidate must also meet the following additional requirements:
- Be well versed and have practical experience in the governance, compliance and risk management, and all related legislation, policies and best practice;
- Have more than five (5) years’ Management experience;
- Have a record of serving as a Member of similar governance structures;
- Have a working knowledge of the labour market and government issues;
- Have extensive knowledge of the public sector, the PFMA and related Treasury Regulations, performance management, internal controls, and Corporate Governance;
- Have an interest in adding value to the CCMA by contributing to its transparent administration and good governance; and
- Must be independent, objective, ethical, and willing to dedicate time to the
TERM OF OFFICE:
Appointment will be made in line with the currently running term of office of the current ARC.
MEETINGS AS WELL AS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ARC has four (4) statutory meetings in a given financial year. Additional meetings may be convened as and when necessary. The successful candidate is expected to perform duties in line with the respective ARC Charter and Work Plan.
REMUNERATION:
Remuneration will be in accordance with the prescripts and guidelines of the National Treasury and related CCMA policies.
